RottenNeighbor gives you the chance to check your hood, before you even think about going to live in a potential area. So you can now e.g. scan your district for drug dealers, hookers or maths professors.
Mostly used in the US, it slowly becomes popular in Germany and - for sure - also soon in Austria. I found one entry for the city of Vienna here.
